Less is More is a sustainable personal care brand built on the belief that simplicity leads to more conscious consumption. Designed for everyday self care rituals, from skincare to haircare, the brand introduces a waterless powder to liquid system that reduces unnecessary water transport and single use packaging. Recyclable refills and reusable bottles help minimise waste. The identity reflects this ethos through a minimal <=> logo symbolising balance, paired with clean layouts, restrained typography and simplified packaging. Every element is reduced to its essentials, reinforcing the idea that less truly equals more.

The visual direction for Less is More is rooted in simplicity, clarity and conscious design. Clean layouts, minimal packaging and generous use of negative space reflect the brand’s ethos of removing excess and focusing only on what is essential. Natural, product-led photography highlights everyday self-care rituals, emphasising purity, texture and function.
